1. Order Specifications & Minimum Quantity

• Tomato Bulk Orders: Minimum 20 kg per crate.
• General Vegetable Orders:
• Jute Bag Packaging: Minimum 50 kg
• Poly Bag Packaging: Minimum 20 kg
• Supply Capacity: Up to 10 tons per order cycle (subject to availability).

2. Wholesale & Business Supply Policy

• YBH Universe operates as a vegetable supply and distribution partner for retail, wholesale, and business clients.
• Buyers are responsible for reselling, distribution, or end usage after purchase.
• Quality is ensured at dispatch; further handling is the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Packaging Standards

• Crates: Used for delicate vegetables like tomatoes.
• Jute Bags (50 kg): For bulk and heavy vegetables.
• Poly Bags (20 kg): For medium-weight packaging.
• All packaging ensures freshness and safe transit.

4. Payment Terms & Credit Cycle

• Payments must be completed within 1 to 7 days from billing.
• Delayed payments may result in order hold or cancellation.
• Continuous supply depends on timely payment clearance.

5. Delivery & Logistics

• Transportation charges are to be paid by the customer.
• YBH Universe assists in dispatch coordination.
• Delivery timelines depend on order size, location, and availability.

6. Warehouse Responsibility & Damage Policy

• Risk Transfer: Responsibility shifts to buyer after delivery.
• Storage Responsibility: Proper storage must be ensured by the buyer.
• YBH Universe is not liable for spoilage, damage, or quality loss after delivery.

7. Quality Assurance

• All vegetables are checked before dispatch.
• Issues must be reported at the time of delivery.
• Claims after acceptance will not be considered.
